Millen is freelance art and culture writer and book publicist living in London.

Her work often delves into underrepresented or overlooked narratives of cultural significance, with a particular interest in how art and photography illuminate societal and political shifts, bringing lesser-known histories into focus. Other areas of intrigue include Surrealism, theatre, textiles, interiors and activism. 

She has previously written for Artsy, AnOther, The Art Newspaper, British Journal of Photography, Dazed, Elephant, Wallpaper* and World of Interiors amongst others and regularly collaborates with international galleries to supply press releases and artist essays.

When she’s not writing about art, she can be found heading up the publicity and marketing at music book publisher Omnibus Press.
